The Greater Grand Forks Fair & Exhibition is a 501(c)(3) non-profit. The Greater Grand Forks Fair & Exhibition is guided by a volunteer board that meets the second Wednesday of every month. Meetings are held at the fairgrounds at 5:30 PM CST and are open to the public.

During the last week of May and the month of June leading up to the fair, meetings will be held weekly for final fair planning at 5:30 PM at the county fairgrounds.
